“NIGERIA REPENTS VIS-À-VIS NATIONAL CHRISTIAN REPENTANCE PRAYER AND FASTING” ON MONDAY 23^RD APRIL, 2018 TO SUNDAY 13^TH MAY, 2018.

1. 1.      SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES

Isa. 61:2; Heb. 1:8 – 12; Isa. 59:14 – 16; Ezek. 21:26 – 27; Jer. 22:29 – 30; Lev. 26:40 – 42; 2 Chro. 7:14.

2. 2.      FELICITATIONS

I bring you greetings from the Throne of JEHOVAH, THE I AM THAT I AM who hates wickedness and loves righteousness and also superintends and reigns supreme over all the Nations of the world: Their Governments, lands and people and affairs, etc. in Jesus name, Amen.

Above subject matter referred.

Of note, is the fact that repentance and restitution go together. That is, some repentance is not complete without restitution. Therefore, as we pray and repent we must also note issues for restitution. Dr. Steve Ogan in his book Rekindling the Redemptive Gifts of Rivers People, Foundation for a Jubilee Initiative, noted as follows: Dr. Mensah Otabil of Ghana notes that “Repentance is a radical change of mind, action and direction”. It opens the door of mercy and grace so we don’t get the punishment due us but on the contrary, we get from God what we do not deserve.  Therefore, it is imperative for us from henceforth on National issues to do the following;

1. a) A radical change of mind
2. b) A radical change of action
3. c) A radical change of direction
4. d) A radical restitution

Where these are not done, we must know that the answers to our prayers are in a balance; 2 Chron. 7:14 is referred.

I have the followings issues to be noted during this auspicious and epochal National Repentance Prayer and Fasting.   

3. 3.     THE COVENANT OF THE CHURCH ON THE FIRST SABBATH DAY OF THE MILLENNIUM (2000) PRAYERS ON 7^TH JULY 2007 (07-07-07) ISAIAH 59:14 -16

This Programme is referred to now because it is imperative.

On 7^th July, 2007, being the First Sabbath of the Millennium (2000), the Church of Christ in  Nigeria BY THE CHRISTIANS FROM THE STATES OF THE NIGER DELTA AREA IN COLLABORATION WITH Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) organized a fasting and prayer meeting rededicating the Nation in general and Niger Delta in particular for rest and peace, etc.

It was preceded by a weeklong prayer and fasting.

Some key National Ministers officiated.

Isaiah 55:14-16 was one of the key passages for the prayers of dedication.

As a father and witness in this said programme, I am also calling your attention to the prayers, dedication, covenants, etc, of the Nation Nigeria generally and Niger Delta in particular that the terms and tenor have not been kept by the Church, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), the Nation of Nigeria, the Ministers of God generally and in particular the ministers present at the occasion and officiated.

The terms and tenors being violated were mentioned during the said programme on 07/07/70 namely the need for JUSTICE and EQUITY for Niger Delta in particular and the Oil and Gas Producing Areas in general based on Isaiah 59:14-16.

14 And JUDGMENT is turned away backward,

and JUSTICE (Resource Control, etc.) standeth afar off:

FOR TRUTH (THAT NIGER DELTA IS OPPRESSED, ETC,) IS FALLEN IN THE STREET (of the Federal Government of Nigeria, The Majority Tribes, Oil and Gas Exploring and Operating Companies, Ministers of Gospel, Church, Intercessors, Etc), AND EQUITY (no more Militancy,  Youth Restiveness, etc,) CANNOT ENTER.

15 YEA, TRUTH (THAT NIGER DELTA IS OPPRESSED, ETC,) FAILETH; and he that departeth

from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it,

AND IT DISPLEASED HIM THAT THERE WAS NO JUDGMENT

(that Resources control is right, stop oppression of Niger Delta, etc,).

16 And he saw that there was no man,

AND WONDERED THAT THERE WAS NO INTERCESSOR:

(through many intercessors and groups

are praying as now Nigeria Repents)

THEREFORE HIS ARM BROUGHT SALVATION UNTO HIM;

and his righteousness, it sustained him.

14 Justice is turned away backward, and righteousness

(uprightness and right standing with God) stands far off;

FOR TRUTH HAS FALLEN IN THE STREET (THE CITY'S FORUM),

AND UPRIGHTNESS CANNOT ENTER [THE COURTS OF JUSTICE].

15 YES, TRUTH IS LACKING,

and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey.

And the Lord saw it, and it displeased Him

that THERE WAS NO JUSTICE.

16 AND HE SAW THAT THERE WAS NO MAN AND WONDERED

THAT THERE WAS NO INTERCESSOR

[NO ONE TO INTERVENE ON BEHALF OF TRUTH AND RIGHT];

THEREFORE HIS OWN ARM BROUGHT HIM VICTORY,

and His own righteousness [having the Spirit without measure] sustained Him.

Isa 59:14-16 AMP (Emphasis mine)

From Isaiah 59:14-16, where there is No (i) judgment, (ii) justice and (iii) truth, EQUITY shall not enter such a Land (Country, State, L.G.A., etc). GOD ALSO SEES NO INTERCESSORS IN THAT LAND (THOUGH THERE ARE PEOPLE PRAYING LIKE ON THIS OCCASION NIGERIA REPENT, ETC, PROGRAMME). That is, our prayers shall not be answered and also GOD HAS DISQUALIFIED US TO STAND AS INTERCESSORS NOW AND WHENEVER. Hence, lack of judgment, justice and truth have grave consequences in the life of every intercessor (LIKE ON THIS OCCASION NIGERIA REPENT, ETC, PROGRAMME) and his/her Land (country, state, L.G.A., etc).

Furthermore, from Isaiah 59:14-16, (a) Judgment (b) Justice (c) Truth are lacking in the Nation of Nigeria in the following matters (which are contrary to the 7^th July, 2007 prayers and covenant) namely:

1. The continued oppression of the Niger Delta, South-South Region and Oil Producing Area (OPA) (OPA is the area covered by Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC)
2. The Nigeria Revenue Sharing  Formula of 13% Derivation
3. No Resources  Control
4. The failure of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Majority Tribes to implement all the Pre-Independence Constitutional Conferences Agreement with The Southern Nigeria Minorities since Independence in 1960 till now.  
5. Not developing the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area for the Oil and Gas Exploration.
6. Not compensating the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area for the Oil and Gas Exploration. 
7. Marginalization, deprivation, etc, of the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area for the Oil and Gas Exploration. 
8. Environmental pollution and degradation, ecological system and life in the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area for the Oil and Gas Exploration. 
9. No Youth employment, empowerment, training, etc, sustainable development programmes in the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area for the Oil and Gas Exploration. 
10. There is the Federal Government of Nigeria law that The Federal Government of Nigeria itself, Oil and Gas Exploration Companies, and all Companies must employ only the indigenes for vacancies below Grade Level O7 in the areas of operations. But the contrary is the case in the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area. Hence, persons below Grade Level O7 that are not indigenes are being employed and leaving the indigenes of the Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil Producing Area unemployed.
11. States Creation: the Federal Government of Nigeria has created more states for the Majority Tribes than the Minorities of the COR State Movement Region Fathers who they killed for agitating and demanding for creation of states (COR State means Cross Rivers-Ogoja-Rivers State). What a very big travesty of JUSTICE and EQUITY  
12. The Petroleum Industries Bill and the watered down version has not been passed into Law.
13. The Continued location of the Headquarters of the Oil and Gas Exploration and Operation Companies outside their area of operations on the mere pretext of Militancy, etc. Where were these Headquarters before the Militancy about 2005? But it is safe to continue drilling Oil and Gas and exportation of Crude Oil and Gas in these areas. What a very big contradiction and travesty of justice and equity. 
14. The Federal Government of Nigeria, The Majority Tribes of Nigeria and Oil and Gas Exploring Companies continued paying lips services to the Development of Niger Delta, South-South and the Oil Producing Areas. This is evidence by the following bodies set up by successive Federal Government of Nigeria Administrations that have never succeeded namely:

ü    Niger Delta Development Board (NDDB) set up on 10^th December 1962 with offices at No.21 Azikiwe Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

ü    Niger Delta Development Basin Authority (NDDBA) set up by Decree 37 of 1976 by Late Gen. Murtala Mohammed Administration.

ü    Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission (OMPADEC) set up by former President I. B. Babangida Administration. 

ü    Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) set up by former President Obasanjo Administration.

ü    The Ministry of Niger Delta (MND) set up by Late President Umaru Yar’Adua Administration which Budget Allocation is not up to 30% of Federal Capital Territory Budget Allocation and therefore very poorly funded.  

ü    Mr. Ledium Mitee, Chairman of the Technical Committee of the on Niger Delta set up by, and its Report submitted to, Late former President Umaru Yar’Adua Administration on 1^st December, 2008 that never saw the day light till now.

1. xv. The Niger Delta and The Oil Producing Areas contribute more than 80% to the GDP/GNP yet they are receiving less than 30% as a Region (Niger Delta). The Goose that lays the Golden Eggs is denied to eat of the fruit of the Golden Eggs. What another very big travesty of JUSTICE and EQUITY. 

     xvi.                The failure of the AMNESTY Programme by The Federal Government of Nigeria.  

   xvii.                Etc.

From the foregoing therefore, THE CHURCH OF CHRIST HAS BROKEN THE COVENANT WITH GOD ON 07/07/07 AND THEREFORE NIGERIA CANNOT ENTER THE SABBATH REST FROM THE MILITANCY, etc.

Only deeply genuine REPENTANCE AND RESTITUTION ARE NEEDED VERY URGENTLY NOW.

Of note is the fact that where this is not done, God shall fulfill Isa. 59:16 for the Nation of Nigeria, Federal Government of Nigeria, The Majority Tribes, Oil & Gas Exploring Companies, Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Niger Delta, South – South and Oil Producing Areas.

I PRAY THAT THESE POINTS BE DAWNED ON THE CHURCH OF CHRIST AND HER MINISTERS BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BANE OF STOPPING MILITANCY, ETC, IN NIGERIA GENERALLY AND NIGER DELTA PARTICULARLY.

4. 4.     THE NIGERIA NATIONAL FAULTY FOUNDATIONS FOR VERY URGENT ATTENTION NOW:-

These are the Nigeria National Faulty Foundations for very urgent attention:

1. i. The Pre-Independence Constitutional Conferences Agreements with the Southern Minorities, that is, former Mid-Western Region, then Cross Rivers–Ogoja-Rivers State Movement (COR State Movement) Area (which now covers Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom States) that the Federal Government of Nigeria has never  honoured since Independence in 1960 till date. 
2. ii. The Pre-Independence Agreement(s) of the founding fathers of Nigeria. Let’s source late Margret Thatcher’s Memoir as Prime Minister of Great Britain for details.

iii.        The Nigeria Revenue Sharing  Formula of 13% Derivation

1. iv. The continued incessant killing, deprivation, etc, of the people of the Niger Delta cum South-South Region in the name of:

(i) ONE NIGERIA, (ii) Militants, (iii) Pipelines Vandalizations, (iv) Theft of Crude Oil, (v) Illegal Bunkering, (vi) Illegal refineries, (vii) etc.

1. v. The Federal Government of Nigeria, The Majority Tribes, the Oil and Gas Exploring Companies grow and build themselves by oppression, killing, etc, the people of Niger Delta, South-South and Oil Producing Areas (Habk.2:8,12; Isa.10:1-3). Building of Nations, etc, by blood, oppression, etc, is cursed by God. Hence, the Nation of Nigeria, The Federal Government of Nigeria, the Majority Tribes, Oil and Gas Exploring Multinational Companies, etc, are reeling heavily under these curses of God. 
2. vi. From the points (i) to (v) and others much more, we can see that the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Majority Tribes, Oil and Gas Exploring Multinational Companies, etc, HAVE NEVER GIVEN PEACE A CHANCE IN NIGER DELTA AND SOUTH-SOUTH IN PARTICULAR AND THE NATION OF NIGERIA IN GENERAL.

vii.        Etc.

5. 5.     CURSES OF GOD

There are curses of God on the Nation of Nigeria, The Federal Government of Nigeria, etc. because of the following:

1. i. Building of the Nation Nigeria and Government (Federal Government of Nigeria and her   States), etc, by Oppressing others and shedding of Blood (of the people of Rivers State , Bayelsa State, Niger Delta and South-South)

                Hab.2:8-12; Nahum 3:1-5; Rev.16:5-6; Micah 3:1-5 

8 Because thou hast spoiled many nations,

all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee;

because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land,

of the city, and of all that dwell therein.

12 Woe to him that buildeth a town (e.g Nigeria, Federal Government of Nigeria and all her states, all Oil and Gas companies,

other companies, individuals, etc) with blood,

and stablisheth a city by iniquity!

1. ii.     Oppressing the Land- owners of the Area where you work.

Job31:38-40, Ecl.6:1-2; 10:5-7, Isa.9:4

Expropriation, exploitation, deprivation, etc, of Land-owners by THE LAND USE ACT/DECREE, FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA, OIL AND GAS EXPLORATION COMPANIES, THE MAJORITY TRIBES, ALL COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS, ETC, OPREATING IN THE AREA CONCERNED.

iii.    Oppressions of the Federal Government of Nigeria by her laws

Eccl.10:5­-6; Isa.10:1-3, Mic.2:1-3.

1. iv.    The Cry of Blood

Like the Blood of Naboth, Cain, etc,

Hos.1:4; 1Kings 21:18-19; 2Kings 9:25-26.

Federal Government of Nigeria (like Cain and King Ahab and his wife Jezebel) killed and took Possession of Oil and Gas wells, wealth, etc, of the Government and people of Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Niger Delta, South-South Region and the Oil and Gas Producing Areas.

4 And the Lord said unto him, Call his name Jezreel;

for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel

(Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Niger Delta and the Oil & Producing Areas) upon the house of Jehu (the Federal Gov’t of Nigeria, Oil & Gas Producing Companies, the Majority Tribes, etc),

and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel.

18 Arise, go down to meet Ahab king of Israel, which is in Samaria:

behold, he is in the vineyard of Naboth (Oil &Gas Fields, etc, of Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Niger Delta, Oil & Gas Producing Areas,etc),

19 And thou shalt speak unto him (the Federal Gov’t of Nigeria, Oil & Gas Producing Companies, the Majority Tribes, etc), saying,

Thus saith the Lord, Hast thou killed, and also taken possession?

1. v.     Domination of Land owners by strangers

Isa.1:7-8; Lamentation 5:1-9; 14 – 21.

7 Your country (Rivers State, Bayelsa State,

Niger Delta and South- South Region) is desolate,

your cities (Odi, etc,) are burned with fire:

your land, strangers devour it in your presence,

and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.

8 And the daughter of Zion (Rivers State,

Bayelsa State, Niger Delta and South- South Region)

is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.

6. 6.     THE FAILURE OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA AND SHELL PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (SPDC) TO HONOUR UNEP REPORT SINCE 1995

This is amoral and wickedness of the highest order seeing that the Federal Government of Nigeria has failed to honour the UNEP Report in respect of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SDPC) Pollutions in Ogoni Land and the necessary cleaning and compensation since 1995.

Furthermore, as a panacea for the Niger Delta and Oil Producing Areas environmental pollution and degradation, The UNEP Reports principles and findings should have been extended to cover this whole Region.

Again, by simple Equity, UNEP Report should have formed a yardstick for the whole region of Niger Delta and Oil Producing Area.

7. 7.     JUBILLE JUDGMENTS

Jer. 34:12-18.

The Nation of Nigeria entered her Jubilee in 2010 and Rivers State including Bayelsa State in 2017.  

God judges every person and Government for denying people their JUBILEE rights. Hence, God shall execute our judgment henceforth.

12. 12. Therefore the word of the Lord

came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying,

13. 13. Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; I made a covenant

with your fathers in the day that I brought them forth

out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondmen, saying,

14. 14. At the end of seven years let ye go every man his brother an Hebrew, which hath been sold unto thee; and when he hath served thee

six years, thou shalt let him go free from thee:

but your fathers hearkened not unto me,

neither inclined their ear.

15      And ye were now turned, and had done right in my sight,

IN PROCLAIMING LIBERTY EVERY MAN TO HIS NEIGHBOUR;

and ye had made a covenant before me in the house

The Nation of Nigeria entered her Jubilee in 2010 and Rivers State including Bayelsa State in 2017.

God will execute The Day of Vengeance for Nigeria as from 2010 and Rivers State including Bayelsa State as from 2017

9. 9.     NATIONAL PRAYER AGAINST RIVERS STATE (INCLUDING BAYELSA)

Psalms 144:7-8; Hebrews 1:8-12; Isaiah 59:14-16.

I am calling on this Programme to Reversing, Revoking, Cancelling, etc, all unbiblical prayers against Rivers State, Bayelsa State, Niger Delta and South-South Region.

7 Send thine hand from above; RID ME,

AND DELIVER ME OUT OF GREAT WATERS,

FROM THE HAND OF STRANGE CHILDREN;

8 Whose mouth speaketh vanity,

AND THEIR RIGHT HAND (OF PRAYING FOR RIVERS STATE, BAYELSA STATE AND NIGER DELTA)

IS A RIGHT HAND OF FALSEHOOD (instead of praying for progress, development, Resource Control, etc, for Rivers State,

Bayelsa State, Niger Delta, etc, they only see marine spirits,

Militants, etc,).

There are prayer guidelines, flyers, etc, issued by CAN, etc, which are contrary to Rivers State, etc, realizing Resource Control, the benefits of Jubilee 2017, End of Oppression of Niger Delta, Etc.

PRAYER FOR DAY 30     

OIL SECTOR/SOLID MINERALS SECTOR

Nigeria derives billions of dollars from export of crude oil and natural gas but there is much corruption and wastage in this sector. A committee set up in 2012 reported that billions of dollars were lost through corruption, inefficiency, wastage, reckless spending, smuggling, illegal bunkering, etc.

Thanks God for the great treasures He has invested in this nation. Declare the Lordship of Jesus Christ and His Sovereignty over the crude oil, natural gas, all solid minerals and over all the oil companies, and all their staff and equipment.

(Col. 1:14 – 17).

• · Bring repentance for the high level corruption, wastage, inefficiency, smuggling, idolatry, occultism, kidnapping, piracy on the high seas and the creeks, illegal bunkering, illegal sale of oil blocks, loss of lives due to pipeline explosions, hooliganism etc.

• · Bind the water spirits that operate in the Niger Delta causing violence, greed, covetousness, bloodshed; occultism, mammon worship, etc. command them to cease their operations in this sector, (Is. 27:1).

• · Ask the Lord to visit all strongholds of darkness in the oil fields and solid mineral sites with thunder and lighting, earthquake and great noise and bring about His peace and righteousness in all these places.

• · Pray that corruption, embezzlement, wastage, inefficiency etc, uncovered during the recent probe in this sector should not be swept under the carpet but it should be acted upon by the government.

• · Pray God to expose and judge foreign collaborators and all crude oil thieves.

Some prayer points to succor Rivers State, Bayelsa State and Niger Delta etc.

1. a) Prophetic breaking of all alliances and scattering (Zechariah 11:14; Ezekiel 5:1-5).
2. b) Turning down all counsels & counselors like Ahitophel in the days of King David.
3. c) Deliverance from the hands of strange children (i.e. Sons and/or Daughters, all those who claimed being indigenes of Rivers State howsoever and are not but using this claim to fight against her openly) Psalms 144:7-8
4. d) Etc.

10. 10.   HOW THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA IMPOVERISHES THE RIVERS STATE, BAYELSA STATE, NIGER DELTA AND ALL THE OIL PRODUCING STATES.

Contribution of Zones (States) to Federation Accounts, April 2005

The amounts received by individual States reflect their contribution to oil production in Nigeria. Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Akwa Ibom States are the major contributors of mineral revenue, and by implication, to the Federation Account. Majority of the States contribute very little to the Federation account. Amounts received by States in the South – South zone reflect their contributions. While they contribute nearly 86% to the Federation Account, they receive just 17.3% of the total Federation Account. (See Table 4)

SHARING OF REVENUE FROM THE FEDERATION ACCOUNT

Yesterday, a delegate presented some figures which gave the impression that the South-South zone receives and excessive share of funds from the Federation Account. The figures were however misleading.

Firstly, it should be noted that the Derivation Account is a first line charge on the Federation Account. It is not part of the total shared between states. The true proportions received by the South-South zones are shown in columns 2&3 of the table below.

The figures above show that the South-South zone received only 14.51% of total revenue in the Federation Account, plus another 2.79% going to Local Governments in the zones and not 39.6% as implied in figures presented yesterday.

BUT, THAT REVELATION DID NOT INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF THAT NATIONAL DEBATE POSITIVELY TO ENSURE JUSTICE AND EQUITY TO THE SORELY DISTRESSED COMMUNITIES IN THE NIGER DELTA. INSTEAD, MORE ACRIMONY FOLLOWED. (Emphasis Mine)

11. 11.   RIVERS STATE JUBILEE 2017.

Lev.25:8-13; Isaiah 61:2-4

Praise God that Rivers State entered her Jubilee in 2017 (this includes the Bayelsa State which was created out of the Old Rivers State on 1^st October, 1996).

8 And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee,

seven times seven years; and the space of the

seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

9 Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubilee

to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month,

in the day of atonement shall ye make

the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

10 And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year,

and proclaim liberty throughout all the land

unto all the inhabitants thereof:

it shall be a jubilee unto you;

and ye shall return every man unto his possession,

and ye shall return every man unto his family.

11 A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you:

ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it,

nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

12 For it is the jubilee; it shall be holy unto you:

ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

2 TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD,

AND THE DAY OF VENGEANCE OF OUR GOD;

TO COMFORT ALL THAT MOURN;

to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning,

the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;

JUBILEE is the Lord’s year of divine release, proclamation of liberty, restoration, a new beginning and a new dawn. This, JEHOVAH, THE I AM THAT I AM, has done for the Government, Land and people of Rivers State (individually, corporately and as Communities). To God be all the glory, praises, worship, adoration, etc, forever and ever in Jesus name – Amen.

Furthermore, happier is that this Lord God JEHOVAH, THE I AM THAT I AM, has judgment for all those who oppose His JUBILEE for people (in this case Rivers State including Bayelsa State) Jer.34:12-22.

God told me that that as the creation of Rivers State on May 27^th 1967 changed the Geo-Political Map of Nigeria from four (4) Regions to twelve (12) States and continued till now it is thirty-six (36) States, so also the RIVERS STATE JUBILEE 2017 and THE JUBILEE PERIOD 2017 TO 2067 are prophetically and spiritually significant to the Nation of Nigeria. Nigeria awaits more changes being given birth to by the reason of RIVERS STATE 2017: let us wait and see their manifestation.

By the Apostolic and Prophetic Mandate on me, I have proclaimed, prophesied and decreed the RIVERS STATE JUBILEE 2017 and THE JUBILEE PERIOD 2017 TO 2067 according to Isaiah 61:1-4 (and other Scriptures and the prophecies of God commanding me to do so) and therefore it is DONE.

Appeal to Jesus Christ to uphold and fulfill Hebrews 1:8-12; Isaiah 59:14-16 and Isaiah 61:2-4

I hereby appeal to Jesus Christ to uphold and fulfill Hebrews 1:8-12, Isaiah 59:14-16 and Isaiah 61:2-4 for Rivers State including Bayelsa State in particular (and Niger Delta and South-South Region in general) by His anointing with the oil of gladness above His fellows. That is, by His Sovereignty to only love righteousness and hate wickedness in the affairs of men.

Furthermore, in Isaiah 59:16, God’s arm brought salvation to Him because there were no intercessors while lack of judgment, justice and truth reigned in the land of Nigeria unabated. So, I hereby rest my case on Isaiah 59:16.

God has a covenant with me to always honour Hebrews 1:8-12 wherever and whenever I see wickedness and call on Him to intervene. Being a faithful and covenant keeping God I am sure that He shall honour Hebrews 1:8-12 unfailingly for RIVERS STATE JUBILEE 2017 AND JUBILEE PERIOD 2017 TO 2067 in particular and Niger Delta and South-South Region in general.

12. 12.   GOD’S DIVINE AGENDA FOR NIGERIA

        Matthew 6:10

Let us pray asking God to establish His Divine Agenda for Nigeria on one and United Nation and/or otherwise (Confederation or Separation). Also make us as believers and intercessors believe, accept, support and uphold same.

Where this is not done, our prayers are divided, the continued unity of Nigeria is precarious and the future of Nigeria is in the balance.

This is imperative because of the increasing in geometric proportion of voices calling for confederation and or breaking up of the Nation of Nigeria.

It is imperative also because the number of believers that have joined the band wagon of people calling for confederation and/or break of the Nation of Nigeria especially in the South East and South West Regions.

13. 13.   CONCLUSION

This call for National Repentance is what prophet Joel and others did and saved Israel under the Old Testament.

Under the New Covenant, our God shall do much better and that speedily for us.  

14. 14.   CLOSING BENEDICTION 

The living waters of God flow over us in Jesus name, Amen.

We shall succeed by the power of JEHOVAH, THE I AM THAT I AM.

PEOPHECY ON NIGERIA AND NIGER DELTA

THE BOOK OF JUDGES

I flipped through The book of Judges and heard this message impressed in me.

“All that Israel suffered, after Joshua, was because the Judges failed to do what they ought to do for the people of Israel. That is, drive away the foreigners in the land, break down their Idols, etc.

So, also the Nation of Nigeria & Niger Delta suffer because of the failure of their leaders (i.e The Judges) in doing progressive developmental things & projects for their Nation & people. Hence, the land and people mourn, waste and cry to me. I have heard their cries as I have told you before & been telling you ever since.

Therefore I have raised my Jehu & Cyrus as I have told you before. I have not forgotten it nor  will I fail to do so. The stage, the dramatic personae, etc. are almost set to doing so.

I will judge the wicked, corrupt, inept, etc, past leaders of the Nation of Nigeria & Niger Delta (by my Jehu). In their stead will I raise righteous leaders, the Cyrus – who will fulfill My Divine agenda for the Nation of Nigerian and Niger Delta.

Until and unless this is done, My divine agenda for the Nation Nigeria ( in general) & Niger Delta (in particular) shall not be fulfilled. Hence the role of missions (and missionary works) would become stalled.

The apostolic and prophetic ministry shall greatly blossom and flourish from Nigeria to other Nations of the world ………………’.
