PRAYER POINTS FOR THE 24/7 PRAYER CHAIN FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST & NIGERIA, NOV 1-7, 2020
(A) PRAISE, WORSHIP & GIVE THANKS TO GOD for all you can remember (B) CONFESS ALL SINS ask for forgiveness; then truly REPENT i.e. Act, change your ways in line with God’s word; live in obedience
PRAYERS REGARDING NATION-WIDE PROTESTS & THE AFTERMATH
Prayer 1: Let us thank and worship God for this development, as it is a sign that there has been a crack in the evil covering cast over Nigerians as a people; a burst in the evil veil spread over us as a nation. (Is. 25:7)
Prayer 2: See Lk.11:21-22. Come in the name of Jesus Christ as a stronger man and with the power God exercised in raising Christ from the dead which set Christ at His own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power, and might and dominion and every name that is named (Ephesians 1:19-21). Come with these against every satanic prince over Nigeria, against the prince of the power of the air at work in the children of disobedience, against every mystery of iniquity that is already at work in them, against the spirit behind the sons of the bondwoman. Bind, incapacitate, and overpower all; spiritually make them unable to stir up and use the sons of Belial in our nation, to hijack or distort motives for peaceful protests, to divide and rule, or to cause blood-shed anywhere.
Prayer 3: Ps. 148:7-8, says – even the stormy wind fulfills the Word of God. Pray that every unfolding scenario will fulfill ONLY the WORD and WILL of God for Nigeria henceforth. No less!
Prayer 4: The Priesthood behind the Jaazaniahs & Pelatiahs, would have noted the change in the spirit realm and would be at work with all seriousness, fresh sacrifices and invocations to bring back the evil covering cast. Pray for total destruction of any evil veil. Pray for open heavens above Nigeria henceforth, and that God will finish His work of enthroning and sustaining good governance.
Prayer 5: In the Name of Jesus Christ, blot out of every handwriting of ordinances that is against and contrary to us, taking it out of the way and nailing it to the cross as it is written in Col.2:14. Blot out, cancel, delete, uproot and command a reversal of all curses, sorceries, enchantments, spells, divinations, incantations, negative declarations, invocations and prognostications, that have been created, pronounced / programmed AND ANY NEW ONE that will be said, into the sun, moon, stars, or other elements by the occultist, astrologers, star gazers, witches, marabouts, monthly prognosticators etc. of the satanic priesthoods, on behalf of the Jaazaniahs and Pelatiahs of our time (name them). Decree upon the elements, the firmaments and all creation, that as they go about their courses, they shall no longer act or execute Satan’s counsels in any part of Nigeria, and in all spheres of life. Proclaim / decree/ prophesy complete destruction of all evil altars, spiritual pots, pins, padlocks, charms, monitoring devices, communication lines and spiritual eyes in operation.
Prayer 6: Pray for God to raise a Moses company that will be as “god to Pharaoh” that can engage with any Pharaoh and secure release of oppressed Nigerians; to raise a David company that can demolish Goliaths; a Gamaliel company that will speak in the corridors of power and cause rulers to see reason; to raise a Joseph of Arimathea company that can enter any palace and engage with rulers to have the will of God done; and a Joshua company to take Nigeria into the Promise Land.
Prayer 7: Pray for God to raise men with the wisdom and grace of Nehemiah to mobilize and motivate the right company of men, resist satanic opposition, secure concessions even from heathen rulers, rebuild the broken walls of the Church and the nation, and advance God’s purposes for Nigeria
Prayer 8: Pray that Nigeria shall never relapse to what it was before the protests or degenerate into worse situation, confusion, chaos, religious or ethnic distortion; but improve continuously from now on.
All these prayers be programmed into all creation. As you go about your courses, execute these words over
all situations, circumstances, people and things they are applicable to, in the name of Jesus Christ Amen!
Pray other prayers you are led or burdened to pray; including prayers for release of Leah Sharibu and others like her [DON’T GIVE UP; DON’T ABANDON LEAH WHO REFUSED TO DENY JESUS CHRIST]; for release of those unjustly behind bars, some just awaiting trial for years; for USA elections that only God’s choice of President shall emerge etc.
