NAATIONAL PRAYER ALTAR
MARATHON PRAYERS
Monday 24th – Sunday 30th July 2023
PRAYER POINTS
1. In Daniel 9, Daniel stood before God on behalf of Israel and interceded for the end of the Babylonian captivity. His intercession was based on the prophecy of Jeremiah, that the captivity would be for 70 years. Daniel 9:2-10.
Plead on behalf of Nigeria, that, based on the prophecy of Pastor Elton, the phase of corruption and desolation of Nigeria should end, and the era of glory should commence.
2. Prov. 16:6: Lawlessness and impunity are prevalent in Nigeria: in the Church, in the society, as well as in government.
Pray that the spirit of the fear of the Lord shall be released upon Nigeria.
Ps. 65:5 Pray that God would do terrible things in righteousness to terrify the wicked and unjust in Nigeria, causing them to fear God and do what is right and just.
3. Ps. 94:20: Nullify manipulations in the realm of the occult to transfer the throne of Nigeria from a wicked man to a perverse man.
Nahum 1:7-13: Pray that affliction shall not arise in Nigeria the second time.
4. Isaiah 49:24–26: Nullify conspiracies intended to cause nationwide bloodshed in Nigeria.
Pray that all satanic priests and priestesses, who are servicing satanic altars with human blood, shall be cut off from this land.
Heb. 1:14: Beseech God to send the heavenly hosts into Nigeria, to prevent bloodshed in the country.
5. Intercede for the suffering masses in Nigeria. Pray that God would have mercy on each family, and provide for them.
Pray that God would judge all who formulate policies of sorrow and hardship upon the country.
Joel 2:25–27: Pray for divine restoration for Nigeria.
6. Jer. 3:12-15: Pray that Godly sorrow, which produces repentance, shall fall upon church leaders in Nigeria.
Pray that, from the leadership of the Nigeria Church, genuine repentance shall flow down to the rest of the Church.
7. Prov. 4:18: Proclaim over Nigeria, that its light shall shine brighter and brighter unto a perfect day.
Pray for revival in the country.
